If a player misses a lesson due to sickness, injury, school camp or family holiday they are entitled to make up the lesson during the term if Coach Will is notified 24 hours prior to their class.
What happens if a lesson is missed?
What happens if it rains?
Tennis group lessons are on rain, hail or shine! We conduct lessons inside with a range of fitness, strength and conditioning, mental training and tactical awareness activities all part of the program. They are invaluable aspects of tennis and players looking to forge ahead would be foolish not to make the most of these activities.
When should I pay?
Fees are due by the end of Week 1 each term. A student enrolling after the start of the term will be charged at a pro-rate rate and payment will be required upon commencement.
How should I re-enroll for next term?
In order to maintain continuity for staff and parents, we will automatically reserve your place in the same program, day and time unless other arrangement have been made with Young Aces coaches. Please notify us prior to the end of the term if you do not wish to re-enrol for next time.
How do I know if my child is improving?
At Young Aces we know that it is not always easy to come and watch your child have their lesson. We have created the Young Aces Tennis Passport to track your child’s progression on their tennis journey. Children are given stickers for completing each criteria that follows the Tennis Australia Competencies. If you have any questions regarding your child’s development throughout the term, the coaches will be more than happy to discuss the situation at a convenient time.
Where can I park?
There are 2 main areas for you to park when coming to the courts. The Wolworths car park at the Glenrose shops has 3 hours free parking and is a 2 minute walk away. Alternatively access to the courts can be made via Pindrie Place where there is secure parking in the cul-de-sac.
